The following terms and conditions for Life is a Picnic have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number 34133991. We follow the guidelines of the Dutch Home Shopping Organization.

Quotation
When you receive an order (the customer) always receives a quotation in writing or via email. In case of a written quotation: this has to be signed for agreement within the prescribed period and returned before Life is a Picnic can proceed. After the deadline the offer expires. When you buy via the webshop, you are guided through  the ordering process via several steps. In the last step you are asked to agree upon our terms and conditions.

Agreement
Any mutual acceptance, written or confirmed by e-mail, is a contract.

Payment
You can pay in several ways:

1. You transfer the amount in advance.
2. You pay by Ideal/MisterCash.
3. You pay later on via AfterPay.

If for any reason the invoice remains unpaid in whole or in part, you are still obliged to transfer the amount due on the first summons. After 30 days of this first summons Life is a Picnic is entitled to collect the amount due without further notice. If Life is a Picnic should proceed to do so, the related extrajudicial costs are for the customer. Moreover, the statutory interest after this period is payable by the customer on the outstanding amount.

If you have paid in advance and Life is a Picnic can unfortunately not deliver your order, we will refund within thirty days.

Until you have fully complied with all of your payment and other obligations to Life is a Picnic, the delivery remains the property of Life is a Picnic.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Per order we give the delivery costs. We deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. Prices subject to change.

Delivery
On the website we give an estimated delivery time, we hereby assume that the product is in stock. Life is a Picnic will keep you informed on the latest status of the delivery.

Delivering area
Life is a Picnic delivers orders to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Deviations
We try to portray the products as truthfully as possible. However, you must take into account small size and/or color differences. Color difference can also be caused by a difference in color setting of the computer.

Returns and approval period
You may return your order within 14 days without giving any reason(s). The return order must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, quoting the order number and your account information.

We will refund the purchase price plus shipping. The return costs are at the expense of the customer.

If your order upon arrival appears to be damaged or is found to be incomplete, Life is a Picnic will take care of a replacement without extra costs.

In some cases there is a `maatwerkproduct`. We mention this in advance. In that case, the acquisition is finalized. When ordering large numbers we always provide the opportunity to send a sample copy.

Warranty
You are given guarantee up to the delivery. After that the warranty applies only if there is a demonstrable defect from the manufacturer.

Change of Command
If Life is a Picnic by any circumstances is not able to deliver one or more components of the order, they will endeavor to provide a suitable alternative.
