You may return your order within 14 days without giving any reaso (s), though we much appreciate it if you do include a reason, it helps us in our services.

The order has to be returned unused, undamaged and complete, quoting the order number and your account information.

The return costs are at your expense.

If the order is found to be damaged, used or incomplete Life is a Picnic will of course provide for replacement without any extra costs.  See also our form regarding the 'herroepingswet'.
